She has u get gift cards. She doesn't ask to see them but she needs to see or hear the balance.. so she either has you video the touch tone teller to hear the balance she either has something that tells the tones when u type in the numbers or she has you go to a web site to enter the info and before u know it she orders something online then cancels it immediately and since it's a gift gard they don't put it back on there they email it to the email that was used to purchase the original items
