The setup was easy via text at 10:35 am. She informed me we were set for 7 pm that same day. I arrived at 6:45 pm and sent 3 texts without any response. I waited until 7:30 and sent 1 more follow-up text the next day. It has now been 4 days with no response. Very disappointing.
